It’s Your Crown Era, Baby 👑

People always ask me why I named my YouTube channel Your Crown Era. And every time, I smile — because if you know, you know.
The Crown Era is what I call that post-menopausal or pre-menopausal season of life where something switches. It’s biological. It’s spiritual. It’s energetic. It’s subtle… but it’s undeniable.
You become more self-involved — not selfish — self-involved. There’s a difference.
You begin exploring yourself in a deeper way. You become more open to wisdom — not just the knowledge you’ve gathered over the years, but something higher. Something infinite. Crown wisdom.
And I truly believe this: when we were born, the top of our crown was open. Babies are spiritually connected. Children are intuitive. Then, over time, that opening closes. Life happens. Conditioning happens. Survival happens.
But spiritually? Somewhere during menopause and especially post-menopause… that door opens again.
And that’s the Crown Era.
It’s rooted in the archetype of the goddess — the maiden, the mother, and the crone. Now, I didn’t love the word crone, so I reimagined it as crown. But that’s the archetype I’m honoring — the wise woman. The sovereign woman. The woman who no longer chases — she chooses.
Let me share three ways you know you’re entering — or already living — in your Crown Era.

1. You Can Recall Your Past Without Wanting to Relive It
When you’re in your Crown Era, your memories are just that — memories.
You can recall the good, the bad, and the ugly without emotional attachment. You’re not trying to go back. You’re not romanticizing your twenties. You’re not wishing to be 25 again.
Listen — I am 100% happy at 55. Do I want to be 25? No. When I think about the decisions I made at 25… at 35… whew. By 45 I was doing pretty good emotionally and mentally. But 25 and 35? Honey, I’ve got stories.
But those stories are wisdom now. They are service. They are examples. They are lessons and triumphs.
In the Crown Era, you don’t relive your past — you retrieve the wisdom from it.
And that’s powerful.
2. You Practice Sacred Service — Not Self-Punishment
In your Crown Era, you stop punishing yourself.
You don’t go to the gym as punishment. You don’t stand in a dressing room criticizing your body because something doesn’t fit. You don’t shame yourself for aging. You don’t sacrifice your current self-trying to resurrect an old version of you.
You adapt. You honor. You serve yourself.
That’s sacred service.
You still want to feel beautiful. You still want to feel good in your body. But it’s not from fear — it’s from reverence.
You hold onto your assets — because you know you have them. You’re not trying to compete with a younger woman. You are the woman.
Sacred service means choosing pleasure, joy, peace, and well-being as priority — not as reward after suffering.
Have your best life ever — whatever that means to you.
That’s Crown Era living.
3. You Choose Wisdom Over Fixing
This one is big.
In the Crown Era, you stop trying to fix everybody.
You choose wisdom over being the problem solver. You choose neutrality over drama. There’s no gossip. No backstabbing. No blame. You see life differently.
You see life through unconditional love.
You bridge peace with profit and providing — not just for yourself, but for others. But you provide through teaching, modeling, storytelling — not rescuing.
There’s a difference.
You allow people to rise to your foundation. And if they don’t? You love them anyway.
In my forties, I used to say this: sometimes you graduate from people, or they graduate from you.
It’s not cutting someone off in anger. It’s simply, you went left and I went right.
If we meet again, beautiful. If we don’t, I love you with an open heart.
That’s Crown Era maturity.
Crown Era vs. Crown Error
Now let me say this gently.
Sometimes we make what I call a “crown error.” That’s when ego tries to sneak back in. When we close our hearts. When we forget to move with intuition and open energy flow.
But even that? It’s growth.
The Crown Era isn’t perfection. It’s awareness. It’s intuition. It’s allowing energy — from the crown chakra down through the third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, root — all the way into the ground, into Gaia — to flow freely.
You become sovereign. Grounded. Open. Loving.
For me, The Crown Era is twofold:
It’s the crown we wear as queens — sovereign protectors of our own lives.
And it’s the crown chakra — where divine wisdom flows in.
It’s spiritual maturity. It’s embodied intuition. It’s sacred service.
And if you’re wondering whether you’re entering your Crown Era, ask yourself:
Can I recall my past without wanting to relive it?
Am I serving myself instead of punishing myself?
Am I choosing wisdom over fixing?
If the answer is yes… welcome.
You’re not aging. You’re ascending.
And if you have questions, you already know — I’m listening. I always listen. That’s why I coach. That’s why I hold space. Because I want to hear you.
Tell me — are you in your Crown Era?
