Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Sample aatheart, LLC operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When canceling an appointment, we require all customers to provide MORE than 24-hour notice to the scheduled time. When appointments have not been within the 24-hour window a 17% administration fee will be deducted from the paid service. We thank you in advance, as we have your greatest interest aatheart.
